• We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia over $100.
  • All orders are dispatched within 1-2 Business Days unless otherwise specified. We will email you if there is a delay in shipping your order.
  • Standard shipping will take 2-10 days depending on your location from Sydney
  • Your tracking number will be sent by Australia Post following a confirmation email
  • Express shipping costs $10 and will arrive the next day if you live in NSW, 1-2 days for Victoria, SA and QLD and up to 3 days for WA and NT. Please check with The Australia Post website for time periods for specific locations.
  • Please be sure to write in your order notes if you need the parcel very quickly and are electing free shipping as we will be sure to send it out immediately so it will get to you asap.
  • Please note once we ship out the order, all responsibility for the transit times and delivery of the package. Once we send out the order within our processing time frame we can not take responsibility for Australia Post delays and will not refund for any delays during shipping time. 

  • Once we have sent out the package, we are no longer responsible for it if it becomes lost by Australia Post. We will work with the customer to have a replacement sent out but we can not refund the purchase. 

  • Store pick up option is available upon request. The warehouse is not open to the public but we can arrange to have your order left in our secure mailbox on site for you to pick up. 

New Zealand

  • We ship all NZ orders using Australia Post international express. You will receive your order within 2-4 days
  • $10 AUD standard shipping
  • You will receive a tracking number after your order confirmation


  • We ship all USA orders via Australia Post express for a flat rate of $20 AUD
  • You will receive your package in 3-5 days
  • A tracking number will be sent to you after you once your order has been processed

International shipping

  • We ship worldwide via DHL express for a flat rate of $20 AUD
  • You will receive your order within 5 days
  • You will receive a tracking number with your invoice.


  • We will gladly exchange or offer a credit note for change of mind.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • We will offer a refund for true faults that have not been outlined in the description of the item. As we are a vintage store, no two items are the same. These are not mass produced items and so could have slight imperfections. 
  • There are strictly NO exchange or refunds on sale items.
  • We have the right to deny the nature of a true fault and not grant a refund.
  • Please send back your return using a trackable service as lost items will not be exchanged or refunded.
